DHA HCV Waitlist Open

The DuPage Housing Authority Housing Choice waitlist opened on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 8:30 am CST and will close on May 17, 2024 at 8:30 am CST. 3,000 applicants will be selected through a random lottery; selection will not be based on time of application. All applications must be submitted through the Applicant Café portal at www.dupagehousing.org. Internet access available at public libraries.

• Selection Process: Randomized Lottery, upon waitlist closing and not first come first placed.
• 3,000 applicants will be selected for the DHA HCV waitlist.

• Applications reviewed based on completion date and time.

User Account Creation:

• Existing RENTCafe users need not create new accounts.
• New users must create accounts before the wait list opens.

Account Creation Steps:

• Visit www.dupagehousing.org.
• Click ‘APPLICANT CAFÉ for RENTCafe Login.
• Select ‘Click here to register.’
• Enter email and create a password (min. 10 characters, including upper case, lower case, number, symbol).
• Confirm account creation via email.
