Fees

No Personal Checks or Credit Cards Will Be Accepted. Effective August 10, 2020, filing fees can be paid through web payment via debit card, PayPal or ACH. Payment of all fees in person or through the mail must be made in the form of cashier's check, money order, or exact cash. No change will be made by the Clerk's Office. Please do not send cash through the mail. Additionally, only attorneys may pay filing fees by credit card. Attorneys and non-debtor parties may pay copy charges by credit card. Only attorneys may pay fees by check (for items that are not filed electronically) on an attorney's or law firm's preprinted check . All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Clerk, USBC"

If the trustee or debtor-in-possession files the complaint, the fee must be paid only by the estate, to the extent there is an estate.
